Binham Priory

BP1Binham Priory is a ruined abbey in North Norfolk run by English Heritage with the church still standing. They sometimes have events on in the church. We were on the way back home after exploring a village fete that was mostly stalls filled with things people didn’t want. Put this way it was small, almost one man and his dog but not quite. They had an ice cream van which said it sold twisters but when we asked they said they’d run out. The van had been there since 2 o’clock and it was 10 past when we asked.

Just next to the priory is a very small unmanned farm shop, with vending machines for milk and cheese!! And an honesty box for ice cream. It was really different and cool.

There wasn’t very much to the ruins, so I just has a bit of an explore.
